1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
It was quite understandable. I can't think of anything to add or change.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I have mostly used the fact it should be a humanoid powerful woman with some animalistic features. I don't know which animal's features I used exactly, I just wanted her to have hooves, but not alike to goat or horse, but more rhino/elephant ones. Her horns should have been a special hairclip, with another set on top, tied with ropes and ribbons, but on a first sketch I liked how it looked so much, I've decided to make it her real horns.
I've tried different sets of fangs and claws, but they all made her look like an orc (which is easy to achieve, seeing how large she is). Same went with skin colour. She was grey (that looked OK), green, blue, deep-red, black, but yellow made her look less orc-alike. The reason I wanted her not to look like that species, is that I've drawn her with rhinos in my head. I didn't want an orc.
As for the armour, I've looked though ancient Greek armour, and have chosen some elements I liked: scaled pants and loincloth, as well as leathers on wrists), but they all looked whether naked with a toga, or full-plated. So, I thought, for a quick speed-y character, you'll need a lot of flexibility on your back. Therefore, leather top was a good idea to use. I gave her slungshot-type of weapon, as it does (with sizes like this) need lots of speed, power and flexibility, and the weapon is very underrated. I thought it'd be more popular after this film scene. The boots have metallic points there for close-range encounters.
There wasn't much of the palette to stick with, but I did use warmer colours, as they look the most natural for the majority of charactes; and for one who must wear leathers, they are almost obligatory.
Ah, also, body hair. I enjoy designs of women who do not lack natural body hair, so, yeah, look at those arms, for example. You can shave her, of course, not like that's too important.

Aaaaaah I love her! You interpreted the prompt perfectly, I especially love the spin you put on it by making her an original creature. The horns were a great choice.
I also like the attention you put into her armor and weapon as well! Functional as well as visually interesting. Thank you!
