Ninnec was, originally, a ratfolk character for D&D campaign, however, in time, he kind of switched to AW/Fallout one.
A (drug) brewer, addict and an alcoholic with lousy memory (unless sober, which is, like, never) and big heart on the inside, while divisiveness on the outside.
I miss RPing him slightly.
